Ashley Clark

Originally from Virginia, Ashley has called northeast Florida home for over 20 years.   While working in the corporate world, she began personally investing in real estate in her early 20's.  She caught the real estate bug and has been actively property flipping and leasing since then.  By being personally involved in property investments and having 20 years of experience in being a landlord, she has learned the ins and outs of all things real estate.  She has also successfully managed short term rentals, maintaining 5 star ratings.  

Ashley believes that sharing success with others is at the core of good business practices.  She founded Property Sharx LLC to provide personalized service to customers by removing excessive fees and red tape from real estate transactions.   Her mission is to provide smart and simplified services for homeowners and beginner investors.    She believes focus and determination get the job done.
